Strategic EA Coaching
Service Description
Don't want to join a group course? Work 1:1 with me to take a deep dive into your current career situation and plan ahead to develop a fulfilling EA career. Through a combination of practical frameworks, guided application and considered coaching, you will elevate how you think, operate and show up. You will refine your judgement, strengthen your presence, and build the capability required to move beyond transactional support into a strategic, high-trust extension of leadership. This is not about becoming louder or different - it is about operating at a higher level, with greater precision, confidence and impact, within the role you already hold.
