Executive Assistant coaching is personalised support that helps EAs strengthen how they think, communicate and show up at work. The Strategic EA helps you move beyond transactional support and operate as a trusted strategic partner to the leaders you work with.

The Strategic EA is for Executive Assistants who want to lift their impact, position their value and progress their careers. Our career e-books also support office support professionals and administrators preparing for their next role.

The Strategic EA is run by Nicole McConville. Nicole's career has included roles at Country Road, NAB and Nufarm, and for the past 18 years she has run her own business as a recruitment and People & Culture partner to leaders. That means practical guidance on how leaders think, how hiring decisions are made and where capable EAs get stuck.

Becoming a more strategic EA starts with looking beyond the task list. Build your understanding of your executive's priorities, strengthen your judgement and communicate your value clearly. Our 1:1 coaching helps you work out what's holding you back and build the mindset and skills to move forward.

An efficient EA manages tasks well, while a strategic EA also adds thinking, judgement and influence. Efficiency is still valuable, but operating strategically positions you as a trusted extension of leadership.
